    Took my jeep in under warranty for a simple oil leak. Now it is going to cost me around $1000 to fix what they broke.

    would leave zero stars but ****** wont let me. We bought a 21 dodge ram ****...... 1 day after purchase we have had nothing but problems. We bought the extended *************** but but they dont hurry about anything. Now they want us to pay for the diagnoses of whats wrong. Not buy anything from here. Zero customer servIice after the fact. This is the worst service department i have ever delt with.

    I asked them to look at my 2022 Nissan Rogue with only ****** miles on it due to a noise. The first time they said they could not hear it. The noise got louder and I sent it back to be looked at. At this time they said it looks like it needs a new motor but they could not do the work their mechanic put in his 2 week notice. That meant my vehicle had to be towed to *******. I had to pay out of pocket ****** to have it towed when it should have never had to be towed nor should I have had to pay a towing company. They made their problem my problem. Now my vehicle is in ******* and it took 2 weeks to get Nissan to approve the fix. The motor is on back order and not sure when I will get my NEW vehicle back due to a flaw in the Nissan Rogue motor. In fact their was another one in the shop in ******* with the same problem.
