    * Main floor not level- this is beyond the scope of the inspection. There are inspections where we can tell subjectively that the floor is not level in a specific room and we do note this when we experience it. Testing the entire structure for level is not part of the inspection. * Pool inspection, we only actuate manual valves when the valves are clearly labeled as to their function. Actuation of a valve whose purpose is unknown can be detrimental to the system. * Testing of the pool pump and the sand in the filter needing to be replaced, There is not test of the pump that alerts you that the filter media needs replacing. * Dek Chlor system, these systems are set by the homeowner and any adjustment to the valves can create a situation where the Dek Chlor canister sees too much water or too little water. As the home is the property of the seller, we do not want to adjust something that creates a problem for the seller so, in the case of the ****************** we do not adjust the supply valve.* Termite inspection and client information provided to Porch explanations included in previous email to ************* dated 10/27/23,

Apologies but the last paragraph of my previous message would not fit into the space allowed. The statement in that paragraph was that I would be happy to work something out with the client. I propose a credit of 50% of the inspection fee  to the client as to promote customer goodwill(original total fee was $970 so credit would be $485). Please let me know if this is acceptable.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Regards,
