    We entered into a contract with Mohave Homes **** to get our new manufactured home set up and ready for us to move in. We paid them 2/3 of the $34,304.00 that was agreed upon for the entire process, with the remaining to be paid when the house was completed. The manufactured home was delivered on 12/21/2023 and sat on our lot for a least four weeks before MHI even came out to look at it. During this time, the two halves of the home went through a minimum of two snow storms and a few rain storms. Several phone calls and emails were sent to MHI asking them when the house would be "married" and progress would begin. We were told by the project manager that we were a " side project" and they would work us in between their other projects. It is now May 2024 and they have only completed 95% of the project, but are demanding the final payment before any further work is done. We have given MHI several opportunities to come out for site meetings and to see the horrible workmanship that their employees have done. They have refused on more than two invites until final payment.We have learned from other people in the valley that this is what MHI does. They start the project, get it close, demand final payment, then never return to finish. We have withheld final paymnt until they finish our home.

    they installed a mobile home and their are many problems with the install first the ground slopes to the home and ran into the crawl space which made the ***************** and cracks are showing up on my ceilling duct work laying in dirt I ****** they set the house to low in the ground and thats why when it rains water goes under the home making it sink

    On 8-22-2019 went into Mohave Homes and decided to purchase a home, would be a couple months before it could be delivered. We would go by once and awhile to look at it. one of the times we went after it had rained, the steps were moved so it couldn't be entered, we had asked about it and they said it's because they were getting it ready. The next time we went there the steps were back and we could enter, we had noticed that at the base around the door frame looked like it had got wet. We had asked them, and their response was that someone had left the door open, and it got wet. They would have it fixed. When the house was finally delivered in January, we were thrilled to finally get our home. During the install process, some of the guys were smoking on the premises even though they were asked not to, due to my boyfriend was on oxygen and couldn't be around it. The install wasn't completed, the workers didn't come back, so we had to finish. The back door and frame were replaced because, the rain caused the frame to swell, the door wouldn't open. the door still leaks. The roof had a leak under the vent pipe over the bathroom, to which it flooded the bathroom.
