    ***************************** was hired to design and correct any redlines necessary until blueprints were approved by the City. ****** failed to do just that and delayed and took forever to respond to our e-mails, phone calls, texts to get our project moving. He never corrected any redlines needing changes for the city and never performed his work per the contract, other than providing initial blueprints. He was quick to get his necessary checks/payments but not quick to perform his work. Up until now he never responded to our last e-mails and phone calls for refund check to be sent back to us requested on August 16, 2021.
