    On August 10/2022, gave *************************** (owner) the money for a Custom Golf Cart he showed me and told me he wanted to do some additional paint touch *** and change battery . He said that he was purchasing another Golf Cart and was giving me a discount from **** to **** to pay him in cash .Because he was referred by an acquaintance , I gave him the cash and was told to pick up the cart in a week . When I went back , the shop was closed with a sign stating that it would open back in 2 hours . That never happened .I tried calling him , but he would not pick up the phone . I went back 2 weeks later and was told by an employee that he was out of town . I went back next week and the shop was closed for good .The owner is a thief and *****

    Met with owner *************************** on 10/1/2022 to buy 28 passengers seats that would go into my bus. I paid him a deposit of $2000.00 to hold the seats. On 10/2/22 I made a trip to the location where he was storing the seats only to see that they were in much worse condition than he advertised them. At that point I've wasted several days to take my old seats out of the bus as this was suppose to be an easy swap. After seeing the seats I've asked ************** to refund my money to which he agreed to but he as been giving me the run around ever since. I will have it to you tomorrow, I will have it to you this week, I will have it to you by Friday. Nothing but empty promises. At this point I've waited over a month and half to get my money back. This has caused excessive stress and anxiety as I do not have the time and energy to chase this man down everyday to get my money back. At this point I figured I would file a complaint with BBB to see if they can help.
