    Hello All We were very pleased, and I must say lucky to have worked with *********. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about assisting us with our effort to move our mom from ******** to **********. We had no idea of the logistics involved in such a move. It was comforting to have an insider to help us navigate through the many choices we were to make. These choices would include finding a safe reliable assisted living location that was affordable, provide the services mom might require now, in the future, and within reasonable distance from where we live. In our case, in addition to other necessary items, we needed to temporally rent a Electric Scooter. On my own, searching of course ******, I found very few vendors for the rental of such a chair, however when I asked **** if she knew of any, I immediately received a list of five! one of which i was able to use. I became aware though Sher, not surprisingly, that there are many charges that could be accessed during your initial assisted living agreement. Some of these charges can be negotiated out. In our case, there was a last-minute request for a one-time $1000.00 charge for the use of an electric Scooter on their premises, stating it was for future potential wall damage. With ****** help we got it waived. There were other issues that had come into play, but I believe my review would be too long to state them all. Bottom line, unless your very familiar with this process I would highly recommend using a caring insider. In our case that was *********!!
