    On 8/11/24 my husband, ***** ********** (**** ******) both scheduled and IV appointment (1st time). We paid for that appointment and signed up for a 6 month membership at that time, for $159 each to start 9/11/24 and end 2/11/25. Both memberships were billed to my credit card. 3/11/25 my card was charged $318 ($159 x2) and I called 3/13/25 about the charges and was told it was taken care of, I would be refunded and not charged again. 4/10/25 I still had not been refunded so I disputed it with my card, the charge was refunded. I also changed my card number to avoid issues in the future, however on 4/11/25 I was charged $159x2 (total of $318) again. I called ***** (my credit card) and they said some merchants "have the power to get your new card info" and that is why I was charged again. 4/11/25 my *********** called Prime IV and spoke with ****** about the issue and the call got heated after she got defensive when we said we already spoke to them last month and she said "we didn't speak to her". She said the owner, ******* would call us back that day to confirm it was taken care of. Since then there has been zero phone call to me or my husband an I have sent 3 emails asking to confirm my account has been canceled and advised they do not have my permission to charge my card. The charges from 4/11/25 are being disputed but are pending with my bank. I need confirmation that my card will not continue to be charged and refunded for the 4/11/25 charges. After the heated phone call I am doing all my contact via email so I have it in writing. I copied in all the other Arizona franchise locations on my first two emails, where several also forwarded to email to Goodyear, but still zero response. There is no reason or explanation why they refuse to respond to confirm my membership is canceled.
