    Placed order for hand truck July 22, 2024. Paid @$1034 in advance. Delivery promised within 30 days. Received communications occasionally promising to make delivery soon but has not happened. Eleven months so far and no hand truck.

    hello:I ordered a custom handtruck either march or april 2022.some time after a year of not receiving my order i emailed an inquiry to azhandtrucks asking when my order might be ready and was told that it was just beginning to be worked on.Its now the 2nd wk of december 2023 and after having not received a responce to an email earlier this week regarding an exspected due date i am now inquireing with azhandtrucks and this b.b.b regarding the maximum amount of time i must wait to receive a prepaid item before being eligible for a refund.I read an above complaint and i would like to add to his list by mentioning that when i called over six months ago that i was told that they had a robbery in which there computer was stolen and that it was part of the delay.If ordering from amazon i beleive it lists that there shipped out within a week.The custom alteration i had asked for which differed from those sold on amazon would definatly not justify the extended wait periode.

    Ordered hand truck back in March was promised it to be ready in 2-3 weeks we are now going on 4 months with still no update or hand truck.

    I placed an order on 9/24/2022 and paid in full up front via Zelle. He requested using Zelle to avoid fees, so I trusted him. He said it would be about a month. He said he'd send an invoice/receipt but did not. After a month had passed, I started asking for a ship date and he started making excuses...his dad had died, his phone got stolen, his truck broke down, then he started having "supply chain issues" He started promising to ship it in mid-November. He said he had shipping info on Nov 23rd. Then he started lying about sending shipping quotes and needing approval. Then he started blaming the shipping company. Then he promised to ship it in early December. More excuses. On Dec. 13th, he said "ETA 3 days." At some point, he finally got it to a shipping company but then he refused to pay them and the shipping company wouldn't deliver without payment. I finally received something in mid-January but it was not what I ordered and parts were missing. I contacted ***** and first he said they must have been stolen, but clearly it didn't even have connecting brackets welded on. He promised to send the missing parts and pay me to have the bracket welded on. Then he told me not to use the hand truck so I could return it. Then more excuses. Then promised to send a new model that I ordered. He again promised to send missing parts "immediately." Then more promises and more excuses. Then he stopped responding to texts and started screening phone calls. One of his employees then returned my call and again promised to send the right product. Still nothing. Now neither one of them will respond to texts or phone calls.If there is any doubt about the accuracy of my report, I can provide screen shots of all the text conversations we had to verify all of the details.
