I was happy with the service until recently when I needed my doctors support more than ever and was advised to get a new provider. I felt dismissed and would like to understand the policy for this practice to support fmla and short term disability claims. I was advised that their office doesnt have capacity to handle the paperwork. I found a new provider who took time to reassess me and had no problem doing the paperwork. I feel my care used to be personalized but now I feel rushed off my appointments. Also Im not sure why everything is done over text message with the admins and doctor. I was told via text to get a new doctor. Again, I really liked the doctor but they should explain more why they cant provide care anymore other than just paperwork and capacity.
