    Pebble Creek Air Conditioning & Heating replaced my air conditioning evaporative coil & did a great job. The coil was difficult to obtain due to inventory issues with ****** but they did a tremendous job searching for the coil & were able to have one shipped overnight from **************** & installed it the next day.

    For five days the owner has been telling me that he has somebody coming out to me. He is a liar there has been nobody out here and its Thursday night now.

    I am sorry that ****** had a bad experience; we have serviced his equipment for many years. We worked on finding this particular leak several times last year (kept him cooling all last summer) and he called us recently to say that he had other information from another company that could help us to find the leak; we talked several times/days about emailing this information to us, but the emails did not connect for several days. This was the holdup on our part as to why we did not arrive (without the information requested).We have since talked and both of us have agreed to remain friends but go different directions. We wish him well!
