    Hi, This issued started about 02/02/2023 when I asked Helix Telecom to give me a pin to port out my numbers to a new carrier that was requesting the **** ******************** said that they need a blank letter in order to issue a ***, days passes and I tried again to get the *** and nothing. The new carrier sent me the blank letter on 02/09/2023 and I sent it to Helix and that same day they send me an email that they cancel my account and restricted all my access online to communicate with them. They do not have a number for support, nor an email address to address support issues. The new carrier said that the numbers cant be inactive to process the transfer the numbers and I cant communicate with Helix Telecom to get this fixed. Now my company basically have no phone service for 4 days now. I need help fixing this. Helix Telecom do not perform their duties professionally and Im losing money because no calls can get in. I will need financial compensation for their lack of professionalism and ethic that is affecting my business right now. Thank you
