      Booked a stay through Best Western website and realized that it was the wrong location. I called within 5 minutes of booking and was told to call customer relations back in the morning. I spoke to customer relations on Sunday 11/17 and they confirmed they were able to cancel the reservation at no penalty. They spoke to **** at the front desk. Here are the ticket numbers and cancelation info. ********* CR955937 ********** 3000 We did not stay at the hotel on the 17th but were still charged for 2 rooms. I explained that if I was not able to get a refund, we'd be willing to drive out of our way to that location, but I was assured that it was no trouble and that I would get a *********'s been 3 weeks and I still have not been refunded and I'm now being told that a refund will not be issued.

      I booked three rooms separately at Best Western Premier Grand Canyon Squire Inn through Priceline from Apr.9 to Apr. 11. Confirmation numbers are *********, *********, *********. I was charged an extra $55.46 for EACH room when I checked out ($166.38 in total), which was not included in my Priceline itinerary. I already contacted Priceline, they communicated with the hotel and I got the $55.46 refund for ONE room. However they refused to issue the refund for the other two room, which will be $110.92. The Priceline claimed that the Itinerary is official. Since the resort fee is not showing on the itinerary, it should not be charged.
