    How many chances should you give a vision care business to get your prescription correct? Should it be necessary to ask for a refund more than once from a company that offers a thirty-day refund window, which has not passed yet? Why would a vision care employee not put the lenes you walked in the door with back in your glasses after they got the prescription wrong again? These are questions you should ask yourself before giving Vista ******** in ************, ******* any of your time and money. One of their ophthalmologists wrote the first prescription wrong, oops. I gave them the opportunity to give me a second eye exam and remake new lenses. The second sets of lenses arrived yesterday. I wear prescription sunglasses too. The new lenses are wrong as well. In addition to the extreme discomfort these lenses cause the bifocal field of vision is too tiny and they make my vision worse. I purposely own frames that allow for a decent field of vision in the bifocal. The lab they use just makes the bifocal part small. I asked the sales associate twice for a refund. She did not say anything to me and continued to type on her computer, after a few minutes she excused herself to go to the back of the store and called the other sales associate away from her customer. Eventually they both came out and the other sales associate told me that they are not able to give refunds, I would have to ask a manager on Monday. I requested my old lenses back. My sales associate took both pairs of glasses to the back to switch out the lenses. After she returned with my glasses I tried them on and saw immediately that she did not put my original lenses back in my frames. The sales associate claimed that I was looking through my lenses not the new ones. At that point I reached the end of my patience and chose not to make a scene, so I left the store. Hopefully, the manager I speak to in the morning will make things right for me.
