  Just had my back patio enclosed by Southern Arizona Renovations, LLC. Love it! They also did a great job repairing water damage on a ceiling! Their work was great, quick, and he kept me informed all the time. It was an excellent experience. I would use this company again!

  Southern Arizona Renovations constructed a screened in patio for us and did a super job. Only issue was the permitting with the city, but no fault of the contractor. The contractor worked on as much as he could until the permit was issued. The crew was very polite and knowledgeable. Any questions were promptly answered. I would definitely work with this contractor again. We very much enjoy the patio and have had a lot of complements on the workmanship.

  Toward the end of 2021, we contracted to have an Arizona room added to our house in ************. Upon meeting the firms owner we were impressed with his detailed knowledge and his ability to explain the various options that we had in designing the room. During construction we were living out-of-state and, despite our absence, the task was completed smoothly. Subsequently, we contracted to have a catio, an enclosed but open air facility beside the Arizona room to allow our cats to move outside to a safe place. Then we contracted for construction of a storage shed and, most recently, for adding decomposed granite and flagstones to the back yard. Each project was completed in a timely fashion, and although there were some delays, they were due to supply chain disruptions resulting from the pandemic. As happens with extensive construction, some corrections had to be made and they were handled promptly and courteously. Employees were courteous, thoughtful, and friendly.

  We contracted with *************************** to build a new RV Garage & do some beam repair work. The garage was constructed with **************** when the contract was for 2X6 construction. The job was completed 4 months after the promised date, His employees broke into our home when we were not home and did not know they were going to be here then threatened me and refused to tell me how he broke in. They broke slate pavers and yard ornaments, poked holes in screen doors, installed a window upside down, had huge gaps under the doors, got paint over spray on our solar panels, sided the parapet with roofing material instead of stucco as the contract stated to name a few of the issues we had.The Beam Repair was even worse Beam it had gaps and holes all over it. It was so bad even after he he did it twice and we ended up hiring a different contractor to do it correctly. In addition they slopped paint all over the patio, pavers, rocks, His employees showed no pride in workmanship they left materials and equipment all over our property let packaging blow all over the property so we had to pick up after them.I have attached just a few photos.I would give this *************************** and Southern Arizona Renovations a 0 if I could
