    I give full approval for this firm's initial counsel in the sales process, meeting the promised delivery timeline and technical phone support with the in house counselor, ****. Where they dropped the ball, pathetically, is by taking a week to *** a missing framing part, a 37 inch steel support needed to complete the framing of the fifth and final upright framing piece. When it reported the missing part to ****, it was still three days until I heard from my sales rep, and he wanted more money to ship it to me. I refused and somewhat shamed him for even asking. It was still several days before I received the part and it caused a delay with my hired help in moving forward with placing the framing pieces on the two bases.In the end, the building is solid and serving its purpose to shelter our horses while feeding outside. Too bad to have a bad **** on Absolute Steel, yet the delay and asking for the shipping expense for a part they did not include tainted the whole transaction.*************************, *******, ******

    Amazing delivery speed, product, customer service and response!I have over 30 hiring contractors, vendors and suppliers and absolute steel has to be one of the best, Period! All questions were answered professionally and with a product information backup email. The project I had them involved was completed before time and under budget!
