    I purchased two TV mounts and was not told about any return policy. Upon returning to receive a refund for one of the TV mounts I didn't use I was told I could only receive store credit. Which at the time wasn't an issue. However when I returned some weeks later I was told my credit will no longer be honored and it has expired. As of writing this it's 03SEP2024 on my receipt the credit was alledgedly good untill 16SEP2024I've since called my bank to dispute the transaction. I would like to formally file a complaint with the BBB and have them investigate the potentially illegal activitys taking place here.

    Sept. 22nd 2023. My nephew purchased a 5 gal. Bucket of paint and it was never opened up or touched I tried to return it and they wouldn't take it at all they wouldn't even try anything I asked for the owners info and contact information but they wouldn't help me . This is ridiculous and they say to shop a buy local. Why would anyone want to do that to get ripped off when times are zltough right now.

    I only recently received this notice having moved and been working out of state and not at the business.

    The complaint is from a woman who does not provide a date or a price For her purchase nor a receipt.. Only that she tried to return a five gallon bucket of paint In general and yet her attachments are of a brand from *********** not from our store. I question if she even made a purchase or attempted a return.

    However, we very clearly post and adhere to no returns on paint for rather obvious reasons. Once it is tinted you cannot untint and therefore we do not return.
    We would have shaken, tinted and gained her approval on the paint color before her securing the purchase and before we loaded it into her vehicle for her. 
    Another note of interest, the attachments she provided ...paint prices from ************** are not of the similar quality of our *******************************-based product.
    What's more is that I never received this request from my manager either. This is unusual and would indicate the person made no efforts to resolve this locally.

    I purchased an air conditioner and it doesnt work . I called the manufacturer and they gave me a return code and said it was a sensor error .and told me to return it to the store. The owner refused to return it. Its 104 today . I needed to go buy another one as he doesnt have one to replace it.

    This customer did not attempt to return this unit as defective and it had been used. We have a policy to "try" to return to the warehouse anyways and will tell the customer that if we are approved, we will till return it. We were rejected. It is normal for appliances such as this to go through a warranty process with the manufacturer, which this individual did not attempt either.

    they ended up returning it.  It was a unit they bought privately that didnt work .
