      Purchased PUSCIFER, V Is For Versatile, LP on November 10, 2022 for $40 USD + $22.10 USD shipping [Order #*******]. I received the order on December 15, 2022. Unfortunately, I received 2 side 3/4s instead of a 1/2 & a 3/4. On Dec 17, Puscifer customer service told me they'd send a new one with a return slip for the defective one. After I sent a follow up email, I was told they were unable to send a return label, but they would work on resolving this issue. I did not hear back from them after that. I shipped the defective LP back at my own expense ($29.10 CAD). The tracking information says they received it on March 24, 2023 ************ Tracking LM184601424CA]. I've had no further communication from them. I tried ****************** ******************************************* and even their website's contact form. I've included the following supporting documents: photo of defective item, correspondence with their customer service, shipping receipt, and tracking confirmation of receipt.

I also sent $30 through paypal to reimburse for the return shipping and enclosed some stickers in your shipment. We truly appreciate your business and again, apologize for the issue.
