  I arrived in *******, ******* on 3/2/23 to move into the property purchased from Cantrell Development, Inc. at *******************************. The house was NOT Move-In-Ready as there were items in each room that were unfinished. MASTER BATHROOM 1.Closet door is missing the center hinge and the other two only have one s**** in them.2.There is an outlet that is open electrical unit exposed right next to sink pipes under the vanity.3.Bad design for shower, as the shower head sprays water right at the door and onto the floor. There is a gap between the glass and wall on shower door. The shower unit cannot be tilted away from the door.4.Above the toilet is a fan with the metal grating hanging by one s**** The contractor told me it wasnt working and needed to be replaced, but it does turn on.5.No caulking or molding around the tub open gap between tub and flooring. MASTER BEDROOM 1.Door leading outside cannot be locked and only closes if you use total body weight. GUEST BATHROOM 1.Bathroom door does not close.2.No caulking or molding around the tub open gap between tub and flooring. KITCHEN 1.Bottom of island needed ************* end.2.Door leading outside hard to close and cold air rushes inside.WEST BEDROOM 1.No screen on bedroom window.WEST BATHROOM 1.No caulking or molding around the tub open gap between tub and flooring. GARAGE 1.Door leading to side yard cannot be locked and is very hard to close.I contacted Cantrell Development and an employee was sent to the property. He corrected the sticking doors and locks, put molding on one tub and the kitchen island. Nothing else was done.The Companys last communication was on 3/31/21023. No further calls, emails, texts were made to me to correct the remaining problems. I now have to hire another contractor to fix all the hindrances so the house can be used as it was intended. I am disappointed that I must pay someone else to correct these unresolved problems.
