On February 3,2023 there was a conversation between myself and Bill the main person at The Club for Youth about payment of child care. When I first apply for services I spoke with a women named ******* who told me that because I was looking for work and getting on my feet I was able to receive a free month of child care and that they would work on payments with me later on down the road wether it be 100 a week or depending on how often I bring the kids , which ever worked best. Between that time my children only go at most 3 times a month unless of a holiday and they have the week off then they are there on the days I work. That information wasnt relayed to Bill and when he brought up payment I told him about the agreement ******* and I had made and that payment would be brought up at a later date. **** stated he would speak with ******* and never did nor did he contact me or did ******* after I had left multiple messages to figure out payment. I spoke with **** on Feb ********************************************************************************************************************** order for my children to come I had to pay 60 a day even for 2 hrs and didnt even offer a pro rated amount. They also have yet to fix an issue I brought up about the children bathroom stalls not having doors while they are indecent , given they are minors I figured this would be a priority of theirs but a month and a half and still not fixed. As I also brought that to Bills attention during that very unprofessional conversation. I hope to find a resolution, I enjoy their services but their lack of communication between workers has made it to were it has fallen on me as my fault.

The client was given one month at no charge. They chose to use the day rate option, which costs $20/per day per child. We made many accommodations for this family that we usually do not create, precisely our cell phone policy. On the day we had our disagreement, the father called every phone number until he reached me. As it was over a month since the kids were here, my team forgot that we were to make an exception and let them carry their phones, which we do not allow. When our policy clearly states that cell phones are not allowed. In addition, I asked if they would be paying the $60 due for the day; this is when the mother stated that my employee, *******, told her payment wasn't necessary. ******* would never make that call without my approval. In addition, the children's behavior at the **** was typically questionable. Please note that we can have up to 130 kids on any day and serve nearly 500 annually. In my closing statement, I apologized that I could not accommodate all of their needs.
