    I had a few minor repairs needed on my 2007 Vectra coach before I sold it. I took it to Trotters as they said they could fix it. After two months I called and they said there was monsoons and they couldnt work on it. I was worried as they did not have a building big enough to put it in. After them having it for nine months, they finally called and said it was ready. I live in another state, and I drove there to pick it up and immediately noticed major issues you could visibly see sagging in the roof. They took the carpet off the floor and left the floor bare any of the other repairs they did I couldnt see and they would not show me. I asked for somebody to come show me the repairs that they did and they sent a technician out that had no idea and had never worked on this coach. There was a large storm coming, and I needed to get out of town before I got stuck there. While I was driving, it started raining and the rain was coming on top of my head as I was driving. I immediately called him and said we have some major problems they said bring it back. I did but all they did was say it was that to begin with and its all total nonsense. I worked with the Arizona ************************ to get this resolved and Trotterss RV has repeatedly lied and stopped responding. He showed them pictures that I took afterwards saying thats how it came to them, false. I am an elderly single woman and I feel this business has totally ripped me off! This coach was totaled and I received nothing and I lost everything I cant believe they totaled my coach plus they charged me over $16,000 for repairs that they never did, nor did they show me! I had to scrap the coach and now Im homeless. He took my whole retirement The owner of this business knows this and has no remorse!
