    Schedule Roberts Quality Moving service out of *********** through UHaul when ordering rental truck. Called a week after ordering service to confirm. Company vm said if I had confirmation from U Haul, consider confirmed and they would call day before service. Day before service I called to confirm and did reach them- received confirmation I was on the schedule. Day of move no show. Called 3x throughout morning leaving voice mail to call me- no call still one week later. Called U Haul requesting refund and received from UHaul. Do Not Use unless you have a back up mover.

    Reserved this moving company, referred by UHaul, weeks in advance, confirmed one week prior to moving our day out of state and spoke to ****** night before. Yeah, yeah, got you on the books for tomorrow, said ******. No shows the next day, left 3 messages an hour apart from each other. Voicemail once, no answer 2x. We are in our 60s moving our 83 year old father in the end of July during monsoon season, brutal! No communication, unresponsive, Uhauls says theyve had numerous complaints against them also.
