They stole me tires and replaced with balled tires on my 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid sport I bought 8 mos ago which still had perfect tread 8/32nds these tires all no good and need to be replaced the seemed to be unhappy that my repairs were all covered by warranty and that I would not be paying out of pocket the injectors were no good causing a multi-system failure on my brand new car they had it for nearly 2 months I got it back with a huge gash in my bumper rearview mirror fell off my rubber door seal all bent up so when you drive it you hear the wind from outside the car and the worst part they literally removed my tires with good tread and replaced with someone elses used tires

After discussing the repair with ******* on 7/15/2024 around 8:00 a.m., she advises me ***********************************, that we stole her tires. The repair of the customers vehicle was for injectors and the vehicle was inoperable and was towed to the dealership. I took the customer out to her car to verify the date stamp on the tires, which the *** indicated 10/23, showing the date around the same time the vehicle was purchased and admitted she was wrong. After that issue was resolved there were other problems with her vehicle, she believed we caused that had nothing to do with the repair that was completed. We explained that the vehicle was towed, and it sat until the parts were received to complete the repair. At that time, the customer began using extreme profanity and making a scene causing disruption during normal business and was asked to stop acting in that manner. Her husband then decided to throw a full soda can across the dealership showroom before exiting the building. In our parking lot they proceeded to throw several pieces of trash out of their vehicle and peeled out driving at an excess speed. The customer is not welcome back to the dealership at this time due to the way they handled the situation.
