According to the sales/shipping policy at Discount Van Truck SUV RV, shipping times are estimated due to potential changes during the production cycle. Discount Van Truck SUV RV is not liable for installations, consumers must solely install or make the necessary arrangements.
Regarding returned items, consumers must report damage claims to the business within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Consumers must return merchandise in the original packaging and condition after securing a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items that show signs of wear, installation or use will not be considered for refund. Discount Van Truck SUV RV reserves the right to repair or replace merchandise in question within 30 days of defects reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
In addition, all shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If damages to merchandise are visible upon receipt, consumers can choose not to accept and notate damages with shipping personnel. Also, returned merchandise is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Cancellation charges apply at all times; a 7% processing fee will be charged for orders cancelled within two (2) business days and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled before they are shipped. Please keep in mind that pleated shades may not be cancelled or returned at any time.
