Would leave no stars if I could. Was told my car would be fixed in a couple weeks and was not ready for pickup till almost a year later. Spent thousands of dollars for them to maintenance, and car broke down with the same issue on the day I picked it up. I'm out of a vehicle and thousands of dollars with no compensation. I had an appointment scheduled to look at an Infiniti for a water pump leak that was supposed to be fixed by another shop. After teardown of vehicle, pictures were taken, and the water pump was never replaced by previous shop. ****** took pictures and informed the owner. The owner told us to go ahead and complete the repairs. While putting in vehicle back together, we noticed a bracket was broken, which was actually on backorder, and we could not find for a few months. Customer was made aware of the situation and said she would continue to wait. Customer was also made aware that her variable timing sprocket needed to be changed. Without it being changed Busy B would not warranty any parts or labor due to the fact that she did not want the proper repair. The day of her picking the vehicle up, she called to state as soon as she hit 20 miles outside of *********** that her car started overheating. Busy B offered to look at the vehicle. The customer declined and decided to drive her vehicle to ******, 2 1/2 more hours out from where she was while it was overheating. Busy B has signed documents stating she knew that there would be no warranty on any parts or labor due to her not wanting to properly repair her vehicle. Also, my office manager has text messages between herself and the customer stating that there would be no warranty. The customer acknowledged via text message and via signature on the invoice, knowing the vehicle was not repaired properly and we would not be held for any damages that she caused after removing the vehicle from the shop.

Customer disputed charges with the credit card company. After we supplied them with documentation they found it in our favor. She took the dispute to arbitration and once again it was denied and found in our favor. The customer was made well aware of everything that was going on with her vehicle.
