      On 5/20/2023 I rented a pontoon boat from this company for an 8hr time slot. A little over half way through the 8hrs the boat was having mechanical problems. We were in a mountainous area of the Colorado River and not able to contact the rental company immediately. We contacted them and slowly made our way up river to their other location at Pirates Cove which was much closer as the boat wouldnt even go half speed. They had a van take us from there back to where our car was parked at their rental office. They said well let you know what we find out. I called them on 5/24/2023 as I had heard nothing from them. They told me the oil pressure switch had failed so not our fault. They would only refund $100 when after tax the rental was $757.00. Then wanted to deduct roughly $25 for fuel. They never gave me a sales slip, receipt nothing. They also never issued the credit they said they were giving back to my card. Half the day was wasted limping the broken down boat back to a dock and waiting for a van ride back.
