    Product hasn't shipped and nobody will return phone calls emails or text messages , I need to cancel the order since this one took so long I was forced to buy the product from a reputable shop, I've made every attempt to contact this buissness

    *** ordered a windshield for my UTV. The business has excepted funds. But has not sent the product. I have called, email and texted mutiply times. after calling 4 times in a row, after waiting 2 weeks. Someone awnser the phone and said "I will call you back and hung up". I emailed later in the month and threaten to call the BBB and the out of the blue a shipping label was created for **** 1ZR3Y8130331352564. This company has a 1.4 rateing on ****** and is well know for doing this. I only wish I would of know this when I did business. I can provide all communications via email if needed to bring this to a resolution. I ask only this at this point return my funds promply or send the product that you were paid for over a month ago. the only communication I have recieved besides the phone call hang up was" will ship by friday" and that was August 31,2022. This still has not been done. Anyone reading this. please do not do business with this group. They do not care about there customers or your hard earned money. Again its only when I threaten action did I even get a response which was poor.
