    Went in to make a $25. payment on my balance of $99. **** at front desk said my account was in collections and had to call her manager ******( who works from home). Per front office person was told by manager she could not accept my payment because I was not a payment plan. She said manager has been calling and texting me to schedule an arrangement to pay balance in full. My appointment was resecheduled from October 2023( which I was in the chair for a cleaning appointment) they took me out of the chair and said I had a balance of $139.00 from fillings done previously and it needed to be paid before they can do the cleaning. I said I would not be able to pay it that day and to reschedule me for there next appointment. They did not schedule me until **** of 2024. Made two payments of $20.00, and each time I went in to make the payments, the front office staff informed me that the manager insists that I pay the account in full. I explained that because they did not schedule me in a timely manner I will continue making payments until account paid off by next appointment. I was told by front office staff my appointment in **** was cancelled. Never met manager, was told she was trying to contact me so we can meet and schedule payment arrangements. They always call her on the phone. who knows who they are talking to.
