    This hotel makes you pay for cancellation insurance through their booking site, then doesn't refund your money if you need to cancel. I booked reservation and had to cancel within 24 hours, which was over a week prior to stay. The manager refused to give a dime back. Over a week away and he could still book the room. This means he probably was paid double for the same two rooms. VERY GREEDY HOTEL! Buyer beware with this hotel!

    February ***** 2024 booked for stay with said hotel. Upon arrival I called the front desk to let them know the floor lamp in the room was broken and laying on the floor. They sent ***** up to check on it. While he was there, we pointed out the unpleasant condition of this room. The bathtub/shower was black and disgusting as was the toilet and the floors, the hair dryer was broken and laying on the floor. The ironing board was stained and it smelled, rendering it unuseful as well. The room smelled unpleasant also. He stated the room had guests in it the night prior and they had ' trashed' the room and the hotel staff gotten it ' good enough' so it would be ready for the next guest, us. Also stated was the hotel was sold out as was every other property in Havasu, due to the special event for that weekend. He assured us he would be back in the morning to tend to our concerns. He never came back. I cleaned the hotel room myself, due to the fact I was treating my grandchildren to a mini vacation. I was mortified at these conditions and wanted us all to feel safe. During breakfast the following morning I had asked the gal working the breakfast if she had any more hot water and I was completely ignored, it was very strage. Upon checking out I brought these concerns to the front desk. I was handed the business card of the manager, ******, and told this is a recurring problem there and to call her. I called first thing Monday morning. Left a message, no call back. Called Tuesday, left a message, no call back. Called Quality Inn headquarters, they told me only the property can issue an adjustment. I have called everyday since and never a call back from ******. One of the calls was answered by ********* who was very rude, abrupt, spoke over me the entire call and then hung up on me. I am extremely unhappy with all of this and would love help in this matter. It was all I had to make this trip and I was hoping for a nice hotel stay. I have more photos, unable to attach, no space.
