    Do not do any work for this company!They requested our company to pick up waste via email. ********************* told us to proceed with the job. It has been over 2 years and they refuse to pay us for our services.**** passed me off to ******************************* and Account Payable and she gave us the run around for over 2 months before passing me back off to ****.We have email proof that he requested the job to be completed and now he is saying he never wants me to bother him again, even though they still owe us for our services.WARNING: DO NOT DO ANY WORK WITH THEM.

    Bare environmental service was contacted to pick up materials which they were notified if they were not able to by certain date our landlord would be deducting costs from our deposit. The date came and went and they picked up materials beyond date alloted causing fees to be collected. Beware of doing business with Bare environmental as they can not fulfill there promises.

    Nugsmasher OG is as garbage as there CS after got my first unit plates all jacked up outta alignment and told to fix myself witch was impossible being they have a factory flaw 1 of 4 bolts they told me to loosen was so close to frame not even my mechanic father and all his tools could get though he got plates to move lil more into place had to contact them get shipping label and take back $20 gas and hr off work on my dime on top of that I was told the replacement would be shipped the day I sent mine and they got movement on shipping well 4 or 5 days go by I ask where is tracking they had not shipped they just did that day so made me wait days so get it and when I open the replacement is covered in hydraulic fluid and I messaged there chat just to be treated like idiot told that it's shipping and that is fine if not losing pressure h*** I didn't know then that it was i told them the next day that plates drop in only hr they said that's normal bs hydraulic ****'s hold up cars and walls in construction they don't just drop and after few days I noticed plates drop after only 15 minutes and also the plates would go outta alignment after every press so I messed and was ignored I messaged everywhere every day they didn't respond I was finding new issues like the bolt that was to close to frame is same was on this one and bolt is loose making **** move so long story shorter I left complaints all over there social media no response blocked til I posted complaints on **** ceo owner on ig that made him mad so I told him what I thought about his company and the issues I had he had ***** head of CS call me and over the phone on speaker in front of my dad and on security cameras had conversation with ***** where he agreed that I could keep this unit until the replacement got here was not fair for me to be out a unit while I wait he agreed to the terms and 2 days later told me he never said that I called him lier he said I have anger problems keeping me from opportunities in life

    Customer purchased a unit on aprox 9/5 which he notified us after receiving that he was having issues. It appeared to have been mishandled during shipping and needed adjustment. After attempting to help customer to make adjustments we opted to replace his unit with a new machine and cover shipping for him both ways. Customer received new unit on Sept 22 which customer confirmed after receiving via our chat system that machine was operating perfectly. After that conversation we did not receive any emails chats or phone calls from customer until Oct 23rd despite claim by customer. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week from 6am -9 pm so it would be quite difficult to not make contact or have record of attempts during that mentioned time period. On Oct 22nd our owner received a message on his personal Instagram account that he had had several issues with his machine and made accusations that we had ignored him. This customer in several situations likes to become verbally abusive and make wild accusations of things that never transpired and at that point referred **** to me to try to help (see below email from ****). I called **** the following day which was Sunday the 23rd and went through with him what had previously transpired with his machine and that I would like to help him and make sure he was happy with his unit as we have a long standing reputation for excellent quality and service. I agreed to completely replace his machine and ship through a different shipper like ***** as the *** hub in his area seem to have a tendency to mishandle and be rough with units as his last units box was quite scrapped up. I also agreed to cover his shipping both ways and that i would provide him with a return label and as soon as he shipped that unit we would send a new machine as well as include extra accessories to try to help make up for the inconvenience. After two days passing i asked customer service to reach out to him as we hadn't seen any movement of his first machine back to us and that's when we received the below email. There is no reason that we would want to mislead customer at this point and zero reason for him to want to keep a machine that he stated was not working unless he was intending on trying to keep that unit as well as us send him a new one.     Exactly the problem there all liers educated liers at that like calling me on phone so it was not recorded making promises and then breaking them because I made the owners mad calling them out on there junk product and don't blame shipping for everything shipping didn't put the bolt that holds the **** in place so close against frame you can't tighten it enough that the **** stays put that's 2 units same issue and the second unit came soaked in hydraulic fluid you left that out for your convenience told them first day about the that and they tried to tell me that's normal and blamed shipping thinking I'm idiot and not gonna figure it out and after I started to complain they stopped responding ignoring me until I blasted all over social media about the issue and it made the owner mad but all I was doing was trying to get someone to talk to me even if made them as mad as I was for being ignored and treated like idiot my father is a mechanic and use to be ********* he's got hydraulic bottle ****'s of my dead grandfathers 80 year old **** that don't lose pressure if ****'s lost pressure what's the point of them it loses pressure down to where the fluid level is at its low from leaking out all over in "shipping" and the biggest thing to me is ***** calling me and talking to me and my dad on speaker and him agreeing to my terms that I should not be out a unit while waiting on them to ship a new one I explained that I would send the unit back once I received the new one that's on perfect condition and I would send the messed up one back so I could use it while waiting on shipping so I was not outta business again because of them ***** agreed and even told me he'd send extras for my inconvenience and I was happy until 2 days later they email telling me to send my unit that they can't send me one until I send mine meaning again I got second time would be without a press for the week it takes to ship and that's not what ***** agreed to he said they would send me one out asap and that's what I was expecting them for him to tell me a bold lie like he did not agree to that on phone my father even heard it and says ***** is lier and when I called him a lier that's when it was on he got all defensive and trying to say he didn't say that when he and I both know we're both adults ***** just own up to it and hold up to your word why do you wanna s**** over someone who supported your company long before I got the unit I praised your company had nothing but good things to say I helped your business spread the word and when I get my first unit and get screwed over and over and you think I'm not gonna be mad you think I'm gonna talk nice about the product no one would after being treated like gum under your shoes not like you guys was out $800 and to imply that I waited to keep both units the only one who stole anything is you from me I already showed my honesty when I shipped the first one back the deal was I just didn't feel it fair to be out another week or more on your slow shipping department I bought the product weeks before I had it and was about to be without one even longer and yeah it was junk but it worked enough to press while I waited on the replacement that might have been worse then the one I had that is another reason I told them to send me one first and once I got good one of send thet one back and ***** agreed to it on phone I bet the next day when he told **** the deal **** said no because he was mad at me for calling out the issues with the product he took it to heart like I was calling him names I was only only trying to tell him what was wrong with the company the ** department ignoring me the ** not finding the issue with the bolt he just told me his 20 million dollar machines was perfect saying he don't know what I'm talking about well **** I was trying to tell you what I was talking about when I got 2 units with same issue and then when I told you I kept finding issues like at first thought the **** was starting together longer now it drops in ******************************************************************************************** shipping it will leaves oil drops when I move it from the inside being soaked there's just to many things wrong to not complain when I paid for quality and keep getting sent junk I don't get why you ppl don't wanna help your customers so you get good praise not complaints

    ****, I appreciate you having everything figured out but at the end of the day we didn't get to where we are buy upsetting customers or not taking care of them. I simply wanted to help you get what you felt you deserved which I agree you do!! Our process is the same as I have described to your previously and will still extend that to you if your would like. Once i have tracking info on your machine i can send out your new unit which will be 4-5 days transit from AZ for you.Thank you

    Well ***** I don't appreciate being lied to on the phone or being talked to with such disrespect because you guys can't keep to your word and then when I the customer gets personally insulted by the head of CS so called owner then for you to agree to one thing on the phone and then take it back that's not the first time your company told me one thing and then do another I work on trust and you've lost all my trust in you and your company I have been let down repeatedly from day I got the first unit and it was not just a on shipping problem yeah they are ones that knocked the jack ***** place but it's your qc that let it get shipped to me with a bolt that was not right and you know what I'm talking about I'm sure I'm not the only one to figure that out and if you don't want this information out there why go though all this you are a owner and this stuff about protocols is irrelevant you can bend rules to satisfy customers that's got sent 2 messed up units and was saying they felt mistreated and that on the phone you agreed I should not be out h*** i was already out 2 weeks from the time i got the unit til I got the one that leaked out the hydraulic fluid and the fact you agreed to my terms and then took it back saying I have anger problems keeping me from opportunities in life and then told you've rescinded your agreement so now I don't believe a word you say so if you wanna be a owner a boss a good man you'd keep to the agreement we had on phone so that way I'm not even out of a unit 4 or 5 days and now that I see how dishonest and hard it is to get things done with you ppl why would I wanna go though this again if your not gonna hold to my terms I just assume let the world know what kinda ppl you are how you really treat your customers like how all my comments get blocked on your socials a business should not be allowed to take down comments on ******* and social media noting I said goes against community guidelines but every I say get taken down the bbb won't do that they are ran by honest ppl who wanna help so unless you come agree to my terms as you said once sarcastically said to me "good luck"

    Our position will stand and the fact that you continue to insist on keeping a machine that you claim has something wrong with it instead of receiving a brand new one and having all your complaints solved is puzzling!! Best of luck
