    This business rarely answers their phones and they dont return your call when messages are left. When you walk into the office where they work to rent a unit, you get turned away with the excuse, Im too busy to fill out a storage application! And get instructed to CALL them after 10am to make an appointment? How is that supposed to happen when you dont answer your phone or return messages? So inconvenience the customer by turning them away? How is that good business? I wish I knew who the owner of this business is as this woman is rude, has no personality whatsoever, she loses business!! Maybe she is the owner and doesnt care how she treats customers. Would explain how she is still there all these years as Ive read many complaints about her inability to treat people right. I would have fired her years ago. I certainly would never put her in a customer facing part of my business.
