I purchased a new boat from Anderson Power Sports in *********** on 05/23/2025. I took the boat home to ****** and proceeded to the ***************************** to register it before the upcoming holiday weekend. Upon presenting the paperwork I was told that I had to have the original certificate of origin as the dealer had only given me a copy. I called the managers at Anderson and explained to them what Nevada required and they said they have to send it to the lender. This is wrong and they dont understand that the certificate of origin is not the title it gets turned in to ***** and they create a title and send it to the lender until it is paid off. So now I cannot legally operate my new $40k boat. Please help!

I purchased a 2024 ****** boat from Anderson power sports on July 8 *************************************** the amount of 1000 dollars. Anderson refused to pay the rebate due to their failure to provide ****** with the details of my purchase. Therefore Im out 1000 dollars due to their inability and refusal to make it right. Unfortunately thats not the biggest problem I faced with purchasing a brand new boat from this dealer they informed me my new boat would be placed on the showroom floor awaiting my pickup. Approximately 2 weeks later I was able to pick the boat up it was never on the showroom floor it was left out in the desert sun with temperatures reaching 120 plus this not only damaged the boat but it warped the boat interior mats so bad they were unable to use them. We were told by the staff there this was not a problem just use the boat without the interior mats. Which we unfortunately did and it was a disaster as two of the passengers on the boat were injured due to no mats on the deck of the boat. Its like walking on ice when wet. The boat was neither sea worthy or tow ready as we left the dealership which had closed by then window molding flew of and seat cushions flew out not to mention the Bimini cover was not secured. All these issues were preventable but Anderson power sports said all was secure and not only was it sea worthy but tow worthy. It was neither. We expect our boat to be made sea worthy asap and tow worthy and we also expect Anderson to pay the rebate because it was their negligence that we were not paid that. We have never been treated this poorly by this complete failure to sell us a safe and secure new boat
