    Purchased a Pentair IC20 ichlor generator ($850) in April 2022. Item is bad. Have dealt with Pentair warranty to no avail. Tried to reach Swimming Pool Supply USA and they will not answer their phone. This item has a two year warranty. I either want a replacement unit or my money back. They have an address in ***********.

    We spoke on the phone yesterday after i called you back. You had to get off as pentair was calling you. We are here to answer phone calls but are short staffed so unable to get every call. The best way to get a hold of us for any questions is through email. Pentair has strict guidelines with dealers such as us that once an item is installed they cover any warranty issue. From what you explained and your chemical readings your cell is producing. If you can provide us with an email from Pentair saying it is not properly working i can try and get my rep to cover the items. Please send this to *******************************
