    Purchase of the toy hauler extension was made on May 21, 2023, Physical work started August 11, 2023. On August 12, 2023 ************************* called to let us know the measurements we made were wrong and that he would need to order new parts to make the extension fit, ************************* advised on August 25, 2023 those parts were going to cost us *******, which we paid on August 25, 2023. The work completed on September 21, 2023. We paid a total of $12,538.05. The Installation of an extension to our Fifth Wheel Camper was done extremely poor and careless. The finished product did not look like it was done by a professional. The Fifth Wheel ramp door was damaged beyond repair by ********************* (*************************) by physically cutting to make the backup lights fit. Screws were stripped out. Seals and trim were cut off/out and not replaced, Fifth Wheel lock broke when we arrived to pick up our unit and had ************************* had to replace it with a hardware lock because they don't the correct locks on hand. The "new" parts that were ordered to replace the parts that were mis-measured have wedges holding them snug, which makes us believe that new parts were never ordered. We asked ****************** to allow us to keep the original parts that were mis-measured since we had paid for them and he stated that he did not have them, they had been recycled. We have made several attempt to get this resolved with ****************** since we picked up out unit but ****************** has stopped communication with us. We ask that $3,000.00 be returned to us so that we can have repairs done on our unit by a vendor here in ********** where we reside.
