    What a dump! Cracked tiles because the sagging subfloor wasnt put down correctly, whitewash paint so thin it wont cover over the old cigarette tar lines from smokers who lived there previously, lightbulbs that explode, drains that dont drain, missing sections of grout between the tiles, and forget the grout between the tiles being sealed properly, and carpet that looks as if it hasnt been replaced in decades! They stick inspection notices in your door constantly. What theyre coming in to inspect Im not sure because if these state inspectors actually looked, they would probably not like what they see if they actually looked at. I think the word is Condemned. These places are **********, so Im sure the owners thinking is that, were **********, so put up and shut up! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! ********** or not. Blinds that are so cheap that in the middle of signing my first lease I was told, and I quote: Oh and about the blinds, dont ever use them, just leave them up all the time. A comment I didnt understand until I went to dust them and found that if you touch them, or move them up or down, or leave a window open, they break into a million pieces. Now weve damaged their property, so they keep your deposit, and or charge you more money in addition to keeping your deposit. Real nice fraudulent scam. Love it. Please, Please, no matter how desperate you are for a place to live, DONT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST TO LIVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
