    Yesterday(November 1, 2023) our car stopped working at the Domino's in ********. They were very fast getting to our location and responsive when I called and texted! Our ******************** assigned them and we were very pleased!

    My vehicle is non operational; however, I have roadside service on my insurance policy. Ansnes was assigned to show up and tow my car to my mechanic. Ansnes accepted the assignment; however, two hours lapsed and they didn't show up. I called Ansnes on the phone number in the text message sent to me by roadside service on my insurance policy. Ansnes told me they weren't going to tow my car. They refused service. Claimed the dollar amount insurance coverage was going to pay wasn't enough. At no time did this tow company call me. They shouldn't have accepted the assignment if they weren't going to show up in the first place. This company has extremely bad company practices and isn't reliable. It's not the first time my insurance company has assigned this company and it's not the first time they have accepted the assignment to not show up. Beware of this company!

    The insurance company refused to pay the tow bill for this customer. Nobody works for free. This customer makes false accusations, as we have never been assigned to work with this customer in the past. This complaint should be filed against their insurance provider. Not the tow company. We will formally request this complaint be removed from BBB, And this customer will no longer be eligible for services from our company.

    My insurance provider assigned a different and reliable tow company who actually accepted the assignment and showed up. Being banned by Ansnes isn't a big deal because they get assigned, accept the job and never show up. My insurance provider did their job, so there is no reason to file a complaint or negative review against my insurance provider or roadside service. Ansnes failed to do the job and deserves the negative review. My insurance provider did, in fact, attempt to pay Ansnes, but according to the insurance provider, the amount offered was insufficient as far as Ansnes was concerned. If Ansnes isn't or has no intention of showing up, then don't accept the assigned task from the insurance company in the first place.
