    Had ******** come out for our winter check up and had another great experience with Preferred Air. He was on time and even called before he got to the house to make sure we were ready for him. He always has a great attitude and superior customer service. He reviewed what he would be doing before he started and asked if we had any concerns before starting. I would recommend them to everyone.

    I have been using Preferred Air for four years. They do yearly maintenance and had replaced my ac three years ago. Found them after experiencing some shady business practices by another company. These guys are awesome! They are honest, timely and do great work! They have low employees turnover so they must also treat their people right!

From the day my unit was installed through my most recent service, Preferred Air has been attentive, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Their products are outstanding as well.     Fast response time, efficient, knowledgeable of the system and able to explain what is and will be necessary in the short and long term. Everyone in ******* will at some point and time will need an experienced and trustworthy AC company for service / repair /or new installation.
