      My blower went out of my air conditioner on 5/15/23. I filed the report that afternoon and it was assigned to Sysko prior to 5 pm, the end of business that day. I had to call ***** to find out when I could expect him at which time he promised to be out "first thing" the next morning. I had to, again, call him and then he showed up at about noon. He diagnosed the problem and took off within 15 minutes. According to the warrantee company he did not file his report until the morning of 5/18 three days later. He got approval for the part that day but did not order the part until LATE 5/19. He at that advised that he would get the part on 5/22 and install it no later than today 5/23. The part is supposedly still in transit even though I was assessed a $150 expedited postage charge. Now it "MAY" be in tomorrow 5/24 and he "MAY" be able to install it on 5/25. To add insult to injury, I live in ******** *******. I am 60 years old as is my roommate and we have three dogs. It has been over 100 degrees ever since this started and our house, with the use of a friends portable swamp cooler, remains in the 80's except for in the middle of the night.Don't use this company unless you like being played for a fool and lied to. Especially if you are a woman and a widow. He evidently feels like we are stupid and an easy target.

      Thanks for your concern, I believe that your issue was repaired in a timely manner as aloud by the shipping of your special VS motor that nobody had in the valley and had to be special ordered from the factory. I am sorry that you got a little frustrated by the warranty company prosses that sometimes takes longer than usual in some cases as yours. As far as where you live, how old you are, the fact that your a woman or that your a widow has absolutely nothing to do with this situation although apparently you would like to think so. We as contractors don't get paid for thirty days after we complete the job so to imply that I lied to you or played you for a fool to delay ************ is just silly. As far as being an easy target You were not charge a single dollar from me as your motor was under manufacturers warranty, your warranty company paid me for my labor $130 and the parts house waived the $150 shipping fee since it did not arrive on time as promised to me (I would refer you to the email that I forwarded to you on the 5/22 stating this). I think the stupid one here was me to have to go through all this for $130. But I don't take it personal it's just business, Happy Holidays!
