    They should have a record of this as it is a service call. I called them awhile back and my car wouldn't start. They told me the battery was dead and I needed a replacement. Waited hours for them to check the Warehouse, and told me another driver's on the way. The car started a few times then it never started again. I never drive it again cause my son moved in and drives me around. But I'm still really upset about the way they ripped me off the battery is not for the vehicle or even a car I believe. I still have the same miles as of that time frame and haven't moved the car. I am a senior citizen so this is hard for me to do please bare with me.

    I have just checked my credit score and saw AAA transferred my account to collection for no reason. I had a car insurance with them and they called and said that i owe them money even though the insurance was cancelled and now its in collections without any prior notice.

    I joined AAA four years ago as a Plus Member, with membership number ****************. During this time, I had no issues with AAA until November 2024, when my membership was unexpectedly canceled due to non-payment. This occurred because AAA changed its payment structure from month-to-month payments, which I had been using for three years, to requiring an annual premium payment without notifying me of the change. In November 2024, I spoke with a representative who explained the situation and apologized for the miscommunication regarding the payment change. She advised me on the portion I needed to pay to reinstate my membership. I followed her instructions, made the payment, and was assured my policy would be reinstated. However, instead of being restored to my original Plus Membership, I was downgraded and issued a new membership number, ****************, as if I were a new member. When I called customer service to address this issue, the representative I spoke with was unable to provide clarity or assistance. I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was connected to someone named ******. Unfortunately, my experience with ****** was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional, rude, and demonstrated a lack of active listening skills. ****** placed me on hold multiple times without informing me, including a five-minute hold followed by another unannounced eight-minute hold, after which I was disconnected. When she eventually called me back, instead of resolving the issue, she argued with me and escalated my frustration and anxiety. Her tone and behavior were unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and shocked, as it does not align with the professionalism and service I have come to expect from AAA. I have always appreciated AAAs legacy of excellent customer service, but ******** conduct was far below that standard.

    I keep getting charged 200. I originally had 150+ per month but since they merged with a new company I was supposed to pay 200 dollars the fist time and pay about 170+ moving forward. Right now my renewal is coming up and I need to pay ****** by October the 12th. Why am I paying double? When I try to figure out with them why I am paying this extra 200 here and there, they say it is a result of merging with another company (they said but I cannot remember). I cannot view my payments online nor do I get a clear idea of what my payments looks like after the fact.
