Matthew O***** and Pedro "****" P**** extorted $********* (cash) from me to pick up my RV after my ins company would not agree to their estimate. I DID NOT authorize any work and WAS NOT informed when I dropped off the RV for the estimate, that I would be charged a daily storage fee that exceeded $***/day. I did sign a form that stated a storage fee would accrue if I failed to pick up the RV once repairs were completed. NO REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED. DO NOT trust these men. This customer is trying to steal my intellectual property by turning in insurance claims and having me mitigate the claims for him, then demanding me to release the vehicle to him at no charge. He has collected money for the windshield and the infestation claim to the tune of about $58,000. He refused to turn in the claim on the infestation and then turned around and received payment from the insurance company. Whenever a customer drops off a vehicle we require them to sign a repair auth before we will touch the vehicle. He signed this repair auth so we started to disassemble his coach to find the extent of the damage and that's when we found rodent wiring damage. We advised the customer of this and he asked to pull the coach out for the weekend so he could fix the wiring himself. I advised him that is not a option because I would be liable for those repairs since my techs are working on the wiring in that area. He then came back after changing his mind on the repair and wanted to pull the vehicle out, after already being disassembled. We advised him that there would be the storage charges and admin fees if the work was not being performed as well as teardown and reinstallation fees, that are posted by Arizona law. They are clear and concise and it is not in fine print. I don't know what this customer expects, but we do not work for free.Steven S.

The business owners reply is so rich. Claiming I was attempting to steal intellectual property is such a joke! I went in for an estimate. I was requested to leave my RV with them. THEY refused to release my RV unless I paid the $********** THEY did No work, other than removing the cabinets from above the dash to get a photo for Foremost Ins. NOTHING else!! Fraud is a work if use to describe their behavior. Another word id use is EXTORTION! Failing to return MY property should be against the law. However, in **, once an establishment has your property on their property, you have no rights, other than to take them to court ( per the ******************** and the circuit court judge. Being from **, I couldnt wait for a court date and paid the extortion fee. Intellectual property. What a joke. It was an estimate. That is their job!!!!Review fromtong l.

Unlimited Collision is most scam RV repair shop I ever been to. First they changed my 41 feet Roof entirely thinking that was leaking but was not, it was leaking from one of my big slide a dinning table with my reclining sofa. I did not knew until I went to work in a state of Kansas, it was dripping from upper slide mostly where my reclining sofa was. It originally leaked heavily when my RV was park in a ****** **, " Unlimited changed my floor using residential flooring which is much too thick causing a rub when ever I used a slide is in and out. Than they inserted this silly plastic track to prevent rub which was a gauging my brand new floor, which was very inconvenient to stay in my RV. RV to Unlimited for further evaluation but was denied and worst of all these **** people called ********** **** ****** and called us a *****. I told the owner Matthew G***** to come down "you are too hyper" these people are totally outrageous, they tole me I have a 2 year warranty but they denied totally and scam my Insurance company a ***** **** more $25,000, they changed entire Roof which was in decent condition and definitely not leaking. I can not believe **** **** approved these repairs, the insurance adjuster did not do his job right. **** ******* **** ** **** *** ********* **** ************ *** **** ********* First you don't denied your warranty and second of all you don't call Police on your customer--- "what kind of standard do you have"? Me and my wife we spoked them with proper manner. Matthew g***** told me that he changed RV flooring thousands times but don't know the difference between the RV flooring and a Residential? We took it to 2 different RV dealer for further evaluation and both told us same thing : they scam your insurance company and you! I have written estimate what a dealer Unlimited is totally out of the State Law and I can't believe that Unlimited which owned by Matthew G***** does such improper business conduct, must stop!Unlimited Collision & RV

The customer expected us to maintain everything on his coach. We went over the repairs with the customer. The customer stated we did not fix his vehicle properly. He had brought his vehicle to our shop after he had a bad experience with another company. We were asked by the insurance company to replace the roof and the flooring in this coach due to a leak that I believe was not from the incident. Mr. **** got his company to pay for the roof and the flooring. We have documentation of the roof membrane removed and the underlying water damage on his lauan. We replaced the damaged wood and put on a new membrane. We are not in the business of defrauding insurance companies. This customer wanted me to bill the insurance company for repairs that were not even related to the insurance claim. When he brought the coach back after he tried to get me to install a hot water heater for free, he provided a incorrect water heater so we refused to ****** mouse the installation to make it fit, due to liability issues. He brought the vehicle back in and expected us to fix the slideout, fix wiring, repair the hitch, repair his truck (which we replaced a relay on for his turn signals at no charge). We have documented everything for the insurance company and had a long discussion with everything performed for this claim. Like I said, I am not going to defraud the insurance company for this insurance company. He had a laundry list of issues when he came back after a 2 month work trip, some of which happened after the picked up his coach and took it on a trip. Then he tried to sue me for the full amount of the insurance claim, which his insurance company did not want any part of him after the second go-around. I am rated A+ with the BBB and have been for years. If there is a legitimate claim, I would do everything I could to resolve it. I do not have the luxury of stealing from companies, like this man has tried to steal from me many times, even after I provided him with repairs at no charge to him or his insurance company. Just a recently, I received email back from the BBB and comment that ai read from Mr ****** that this guy is a total liar, this guy could not face the court of Law when I tried to take him to the county Superior court. **** got a Attorney at a ********** and succeed the law suit without going to see the Judge (court). I talked to an attorney and "he said, it could cost you up to six figures" so quietly I abide the case, I even set a "default a judgement" he kept coming back on me, well a ***** like Mr **** has lot of money to burn, he could continue to pay high attorney fees but I can"t. You see, if **** has clear conscious than why he does not want to face the Court of Law. If, he done the work as he said that "he is an A mechanic", he has a bad conscious to face the Law. At first unlimited was a super nice, they offer me like changing a water heater for free, so I gave a signature to my ***************** the state farm to receive a check without my consent which was a big mistake because I goy burned with previous RV repair shop. By the way, compare to the Unlimited the previous shop was much more legitimate place, I did not report to any social net works including the BBB, I"m type a guy that we all makes a mistake and forgiven but not Mr **** --- his gone way too far, Robbing a big time Insurance Fraud and ripping off a customer, especially calling cop on your customer. I'm sure the State farm learned their ****** to never paid out on Unlimited. I just don't want to see another fine people get s**** by Unlimited and his only a few miles from me. This place is a total insurance scam rip off. The estimator came out to look at some scratches on 2 of my cargo bay doors and a few scratches on my motor compartment hatch. He had no estimate book , not even a note pad. Looked both spots for less than 1 minute and said how about 12k. I asked how he came up with that, and he replied well were going to run it through your insurance *** so I just guess what it should cost, shouldnt matter to you. Well it does matter to me. Then he began shouting and swearing at me. Total rip off, no wonder insurance rates are so high.*******************Unlimited Collision & RV

1. Usually when someone accuses you of being an insurance scam and swearing at the place of business that is trying to give you an estimate based on the damage to the person vehicle/RV.
2. I was not the estimator. I am the owner of the place and my track record is impeccable and speaks for itself.
3. I simply asked him if he had insurance because typically when you come to a repair facility for a repair you normally have an estimate in hand or have a claim number where as I would need the information to match what an insurance company wrote. If the customer would have replied with i am a self pay customer it would have been a totally different instance but instead he decided that my price of 12k was not good for him and preceded to lose his temper an was shouting at other customers and my estimators with profanity. I quote " you're fuc**** Ridiculous," and I asked him to calm down then he continued to go on a rampage and stormed back in his vehicle/RV and almost hit other vehicles in my parking lot.
4. He is Slandering my name, my business, as well as cussed me out , and sped out of my parking lot.
5. We did not even touch or do any repairs to this persons vehicle/RV and no money has changed hands.
6. This needs to be removed from my post ASAP.
