I live in **************** ******* and we see some high heat. I knew my air conditioner was going to need replaced so I bought a new unit. The new air conditioning unit installed May of 2023. AC unit stopped working on July 4th and a call was made to service line. Technician came out and said the pressure switch had shut itself down as it was at max ********* I e-mailed the company on July 5th and stated what had happened and inquired what could be done to stop this from happening again. Service said they would send a lead tech out on July 7th to check the unit. I heard nothing back from them. The unit stopped working on July 15th and another tech was sent out. This tech said that when the unit was upgraded to a larger size it need more duct work to release the pressure. I phoned and left a message for ***** in the service department, the same person I had been speaking to through e-mail. After not recieving a phone call back I e-mailed again that evening on July 17th to inquire as to what could be done next. I called again the next day and spoke with ***** who said she had passed my information onto **** was does the estimates. It is July 21st and I have not been contacted back or given any update on when they could do the esitmate. Then how many weeks will it take to get installed?Today it's 108 degrees n, yesterday it was 117 and I'm just waiting for it to stop working again. I purchased a new unit so I wouldn't have to deal with this issue. After at least 5 different people had seen, installed, and band-aided fixes it took the 5th one to tell me I needed to have duct work done. This should have been seen and noted during the inital estimate. I understand this is their busy season, but this it why I took care of this back in May. This is their fault, and I have the right to have it fixed prompty.
