    Matt Keena at Valor Construction sent us a quote for a concrete pour, in which we accepted. The quote was for $6,090.

    The pour had several quality issues and sloped in the wrong direction which would lead to drainage issues in the future. After finally coming out to look at it, Matt decided he would repour it.

    The slab was redone and still had quality issues. There was also new damage done to a pillar on our house while the trucks and team at Valor Construction were pouring the concrete pad for the second time. We informed Matt of the damages (see pictures) and he assured us he would take care of it.

    Because we were unhappy with the second pour and unable to proceed with the rest of our garage build due to an unlevel and poor quality concrete pad, Matt agreed to demo the work.

    We have since hired a new company to complete a new concrete pour. Matt promised us a refund in full and has promised on multiple occasions to start giving us payments towards the amount, not including the damage made to the pillar on our house.

    The reason for the delay in filing this complaint is we wanted to give the company and Matt Keena every opportunity to resolve this matter. We have now been waiting almost 24 months to receive our refund, as promised, and have not received anything.

    I am requesting the refund that was promised to my husband and I in the amount of $6,090.
