The Big Top Shirt Shop had exactly what I need, at a very reasonable price and delivered it much more quickly than I had thought was possible. Beware of this company. I returned merchandise and have emailed multiple times regarding refund. Provided them with **** tracking information and they are saying never received but tracking indicates they did. Told me to stop bothering them because I sent three emails in one day because they would not reply. Have disputed transaction with my financial institution because its clear they have no intention of helping me to resolve the situation and refund my money

Customer continues to complain that they do not get timely replies. We replied to her first email within 15 minutes. Replied to her second email within 2.5 hours. Replied to her 3rd email within 5 minutes. Insisted she had provided us the information we requested when in reality she had sent it to another company entirely. When she finally got information to our company she sent repeated emails, all saying the same thing, on the same day. This landed her emails in our spam folder due to sending frequency. Sending this volume of emails WILL slow down our ability to reply in a timely manner.Review fromJill S

5 starsI'm so glad I found this company! My husband wears a 3XL-tall, and insists that all shirts must have a pocket. In his defense, he's a retired engineer :) The shirts we ordered came on time, as promised, are very soft, and of high quality.
