    Ms. Bartels-Giddings advises us of the following. Ms. Bartels-Giddings advises that she paid $1,650.00 to Tony’s Texturing to paint three rooms and a living room wall, and to install wallpaper on bathroom walls and one big wall. This included paying $800.00 for 17 gallons of paint (which was the amount recommended by you). Ms. Bartels-Giddings later discovered that the three rooms only required about 4 to 5 gallons of paint. In addition, Ms. Bartels-Giddings also paid $2,000.00 for peel and stick wallpaper based on your recommendation. She was subsequently informed that peel and stick wallpaper was poor quality and that no credible installer will apply peel and stick wallpaper. Furthermore, Ms. Bartels-Giddings advises that your painter got paint all over her carpet and failed to apply the product properly. This required her to pay $1,200.00 to another painter to fix the walls. Based on the foregoing, Ms. Bartels-Giddings demands that you issue a full refund of $1,650.00 and reimburse her $2,600.00 for

    I wanted to take a moment to address your recent request for a refund. After carefully reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund due to the following reasons.


    It appears that you opted to purchase your own products for the project, which was entirely your decision. At no point did we instruct you to buy 17 gallons as we typically supply all necessary materials for our jobs to ensure consistency and quality.


    Although our team was on-site and fully prepared to complete all the work, they immediately informed you that the products selected were beyond what was needed for the job. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to communicate this to you, the opportunity to correct the situation was not given. Furthermore when you said that the job was done wrong we offered to fix it but rather than allowing us to make it right, it seems that you chose to hire someone else to finish the work. 


    Given that our staff dedicated their time and effort to be on-site, did complete the painting of the walls  and were paid for their services, we cannot offer a refund for the time that was invested. We were more than willing to come back and redo the job, but this offer was decline multiple times. 


    We understand your frustration and are always committed to resolving issues when they arise, but in this case, we were not given the opportunity to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
