    This incompetent contractor built the block walls around our home for ****** ***** in July 2022.. They obviously did a horribly unsafe job, since one of the walls collapsed and caused injuries on November 3rd, 2022.

    When asked to come out and inspect the partially collapsed wall and the others that pose an inherent life safety risk, they told us we had to wait 2 weeks for them to show up. This company is completely negligent, arrogant and lack remorse for creating their mess with sloppy work!

    What they should have done is came out immediately to inspect and safely secure the wall but obviously they’re completely Unethical when it comes to business practices!

    4-D Masonry has been to see the wall in question on the same day complant was made 11-4-22.  No one was hurt as the owner stated and the wall  did not colapse, 4 block came off the top course.  We do have a video by the owner that he made himself, of him shaking the wall.  The wall was taken down at the owner request and  the owner then moved the wall forward 15 feet by a unlicensed landscaper. No further actions was requested by the owner.   Pulte coutomer service had scheduled the repair for around the Noverber 14th but 4-D Masonry removed the wall on 11-8-22 as per owner request. Hopefully this will take care of the complaint, if not please contact us ASAP.
