    If I could give 0 stars I would. ******* is extremely unprofessional and rude. He quite literally butchered my dogs grooming (shaved him down to his skin and cut his underbelly) then blamed ME for not telling HIM which blade to use. I showed him a prior picture of my dog to indicate the length I wanted. It is Michaels responsibility as the professional to advise what blade will get the result I want. But ******* is FAR from a professional. When I called to express my dissatisfaction and to make things right, he hung up on me and refused to speak. Steer clear of Michaels Mobile Grooming unless you want to be severely disappointed.

    ******* is the sweetest person. He took the time to let my fur baby get to know him before taking him out to his van. The inside of the van is very clean and organized and is outfitted with all the latest equipment. It's also decorated adorably. ******* did a great job on *******. He also gave him a goodie bag and sent me an adorable picture of ******* with a Halloween themed background. ******* has a passion for pups and it shows through his work. I look forward to having him back.

    AMAZING!! So kind to my moms two little dogs (we were unaware of the one having a major medical issue) he was super kind ****** and *****! They look amazing! Definitely highly recommended him!!

    ******* is a great groomer; hes professional, punctual, and very gentle with my two senior dogs. He is so knowledgeable about how to handle each dog according to their individual personality and specific needs. My pups always look so adorable when hes finished. I highly recommend this PAWESOME dog groomer! ??

    We have two large Dobermans. Male (*******) & female (Lollipop). They love ******* and look gorgeous after their groom. ******* takes special care of ******* and gives him medicated bath which helps tremendously with his allergies. He is also very patient with ******** who is a handful! With a smooth, flat coat, ******* is the only groomer with which the grooming really shows a difference on our Dobie babies.

    Wonderful experience. Groomer was kind and very patient with my difficult terrified Border Collie. Loved the mobile service as he came right to the door and lovingly carried her out to his van. He carried her back in with a terrific beautiful shaved haircut, full bath and her nails were trimmed. Great job and great customer service.
