      I purchased a villa torch lighter and used it a few times ( it's still full of butane ) and now can't get it to work. I even punched down on fuel button and tried to light it and it would light but as soon as I remove the flame used to light it it goes out.. I dont know if I just got a bad one. But I wanted you to know. It just seems nowadays company's are selling products that are garbage and they know about it.but keep selling the item. I have a problem when I purchase something and only to find out I waisted my money . I'm not rich by no means, the problem with most companys there not held accountable for the product there selling. I dont care how much money it cost it money out of someone else pocket. So if your aware of this problem you need to recall this lighter so your not selling something that you know is garbage. That's the right thing to do even it cost you a lot of money . Money should not even brought up it's about doing the right thing. It your choice. Thanks for hearing me out

      We have a policy, that check every product and we let customers to try it before they buy it,  and we make sure it's working, and if the customer refuses to try it he has a window of 24 hours to return it or exchange it if it defective or not working properly, he can bring it a long with receipts with boxes and we do the return. 

      In this case the customer used it and appused it untel it didn't work, and came back screaming and yelling. 

      By the way the customer ***** ********, and the tough is worth $4.25, and we give him another one and he's not allowed to return. 

      We have a very customer service skills and good reputation.
