    Be careful with this company. We spent endless hours to get window coverings, placed a sizable order along with 51% deposit and then the owner called to say there was an error, by the manufacturer. After talking with my other half we tried to work with Adobe and asked for some type of discount for the trouble. Then she blamed the sales rep for the mistake. We decided to just get a refund and go with our backup source. We paid with AMEX but she refused to credit the account and said a check would be written. Despite giving the correct name, she wrote the check wrong and then got nasty about it. Over a week later, the check cleared the bank even though it was written incorrectly and then she privately emailed my other half shaming me! Very unprofessional as every step of dealing with this team proved to be. I was threatened with legal action for posting our true experience. I have all the texts, emails, phone logs so nothing was false. Very difficult to work with and it's behind us now, but I suggest doing references and take caution. She left a lot of money on the table due to her ego and that makes no business sense.

    ******* we have responded to your numerous bad reviews, text messages, nasty emails and demanding phone call voicemails. You have proven to the internet world that you thrive on confrontation and you must be perfect. Humans do make mistakes. A mistake was made on our pricing and you were contacted immediately that the quoting system had changed and your sales person didnt realize it. You were sent the correct pricing within 30 seconds after we spoke to you. (You have lied multiple times in other reviews that we didnt send you the new pricing but we do have the 2 emails to prove it). In the same conversation on the phone we agreed and discussed that we would refund you the next business day with a check. We did write the check with your last name and your house mates first name. We assumed you shared that same last name and the store manager offered to correct the check. They told you, you  cant deposit the check because you have a different last name but he could once they corrected it. You began to yell and scream at our 2 store managers and demanded a new check written. That wasnt a good look for you.  You demanded that we hand deliver a check to your doorstep that day. We avoided your rage and anger and put the same corrected check n the mail the same day which your housemate was able to deposit without any problem. Best of luck to you.

    Again, as a consumer ready to spend approximately $20K for window coverings, sun screens and enclosed sun room, it was evident that this was not the company to work with - just one mistake cost ** time and aggravation. No one screamed at her staff, and she knows that. If she put as much effort into working WITH her clients instead of bashing them, she'd have one heck of a business and less 1-star reviews. No one should have to wait a week for a refund and go through the hassle we did. If they don't take AMEX then why did our card go through??? A lot of things need to be fixed with this business including process on top of customer service. Like I said, in hindsight, it's a blessing that her company made an error. We are very happy with our alternate source who has proven to be extremely professional. .
