With invoice #***** I paid for an autographed ************************* baseball (lot number 6985). The baseball did not have an autograph of any kind and I would like my money back ($14.00 plus percentage of buyers premium.)

Very deceptive practice of showing a stock photo and the following items in their original box. This is an online only auction, so it is very reasonable that items have at least been basically looked at or plugged in before selling to the public. The condition of some of the items was absolutely shocking when the box was opened. 1)Black+****** Dustbuster.: No attachment and no charge indication light turned on, dead appliance.2)Bissell Pet Hair Eraser: Disgusting, full of pet hair, dirty filter, no attachments and charger indicator light remain's red. Another dead appliance.3)Mainstays 9-cube Organizer: Missing hardware and particle board veneer split and cracked from someone trying to assemble. Balitwin Rectangle Market Umbrella: In decent condition, (no major issue, other than shows signs of storage. They are selling pure unusable junk which is very deceptive. I should have read the **** reviews before doing business with this auctioneer as many have complained about the exact same issue.

We are an online liquidation auction company. The only issues that we have is with buyers who agree to the terms and conditions to bid but dont take the time to read them. All are items are sold as-is with out testing.

What condition is the item in? It shows a stock photo...
Stock photo items, unless described as new or new in box, come in varying conditions. We do not open the boxes nor inspect the items.  A stock photo does NOT represent that the item is new or without issues. You are purchasing as-is.

We do our best to describe any items and mention any obvious damage/defects. Also that is why we start most of our auction lots at $1. It allows you as the bidder to determine what price you are willing to pay based on the condition.  But ultimately the due diligence of purchase rests on you as the buyer. Since we can auction items at a discount from 30-8o% - that risk is priced into the liquidation items

Please refer to an identical legitimate business such as *** Auctions who are doing the identical business model but are not in the business of mis-representing the items up for auction. They state the grade and if anything is used vs new and in working condition. From the numerous complaints I have seen, your "as-is" disclaimer is misleading since you have in the description the full market value. The market value is zero for items that are not working. Take 5 minutes per item to see it is junk or not, verses your current deceptive practice.  Also, the "gross" factor of finding the filthy dirty vacuum was unsanitary and beyond disgusting.

I bid and won an fairly local (within 80 miles) auction lot from LiquidateAZ under the impression I got an excellent deal, as the total price after auction fee's came to approximately $21 or $22. Little did I know the ridiculous "handling" fee of $10 that was added on, which I was begrudgingly willing to pay to get my items, which were a decent amount of baseball cards and a few knick knack collectible sports memorabilia. After agreeing to pay the extra $10 handling fee (that was hidden in their terms and conditions and not openly shown on the auction page, if they did they'd lose customers, I never would have bid).I then received an e-mails with an invoice for shipping from their shipping affiliate, *** Mail, for $39.80! So as a recap, I won the auction and paid $21 in total for it, for small items that at most weighed 6-8 lbs (although I highly doubt it's that ********* Mail said the box was 8 lbs) but on top of my initial payment they were now demanding nearly $50 in shipping and handling to send a small box less than 80 miles! It's not even leaving the state. To me, there is nothing they can say to justify charging me 2 & 1/2 times the auction price for shipping, if that is truly what *** Mail charged to send <10 lb small boxes a distance <80 miles then they need to find a new shipping partner. I have experience operating a small **** business and I know for a fact a company such as LiquidateAZ easily has access to multiple shipping companies that would offer them discounted rates, there is no way they should be paying more than $10 to ship a <10 lb package from Maricopa county to Pima County. ****, I could drive there and back myself and it wouldn't cost me that much! ***MAKE SURE TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE BIDDING ON THEIR AUCTIONS AS THE ***** PRICE WITH SHIPPING/'HANDLING' WILL MOST LIKELY BE 4-5x WHAT YOU EXPECT IT TO BE***I'm only out $21 but nevertheless I will recover it through a dispute as their customer service is absolutely terrible
