      On Sep. 12 a contract was signed to build a patio cover. Weeks later product started coming that was not the agreed upon patio cover. Words were exchanged and contractor just left. A week later daughter tried to intervene and peacefully resolve issue. ******** was told that the product that was signed for costs a lot more money. Daughter told him but this is what you wrote up in the contract. He had no explanation on why he thought he could just build what he wanted.He finally agreed to fulfill the contract with stipulations. We agreed to the stipulations but after that conversation she was ghosted by contractor .Over half of project has been paid out to contractor. On Monday September 28th The original signer to contract tried to again reach a resolution. The contractor agreed to come over and talk but left within a few minutes with again confronted with the issues that the product at the house does not match the contract. He made verbal threats to my elderly parents such as I can take your house if I want to. Im assuming because theres a balance due.
