    this is not accurate. I requested an experience plumber come out the second time which you did not send you sent the same plumber out who did not solder the pipes or put the cover on the water heater I paid $1000 for this labor, which was not completed. The focus was up selling you asked to come out to my house after I requested a refund of $1000 you then attempted to bribe me like you have done several other customers this is ******* and we do not do business like this. ositive or negative. I dont know about plumbing thats why I call a plumber that shouldnt be a vulnerability for men to capitalize on. I dont like to get ripped off and have to field off up sales at every turn of my home and livelihood being compromised. The next quote I got was $16,000 to re-pipe my house then it was $13,000 then it was locating the leak (300.00-400.00) and we could pipe it from there. These men are ready to finance your stuff and you will have a slab leak and you will have to pay an additional amount to figure out where it is when thats why you called them in the first place. I asked for a more experienced plumber after we figured out the heater wasnt the correct diagnosis, but they sent the same person I have pictures of the pipes that were left on soldered I have The actual cost Of the heater and he bCouldnt even put the cover Two men called to come out again, which I ended up not being comfortable with Which is what led to a text 12/30/24.

    We understand how frustrating it can be when things dont go as planned.  Unfortunately, without the opportunity to revisit and review the work, it is challenging for us to resolve the situation effectively. We have made several attempts to contact you and were able to agree on an appointment to address your concern. The appointment you agreed upon was cancelled and since then you have not answered our calls or messages. We would also like to advise that warranty would be null and void if someone else has worked on the water heater install in question as there is no way to identify the work.

    We encourage you to contact us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your concerns and explore possible solutions, including the possibility of a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, the complaint resolved after bbb submission. I want to make sure it works for more than thirty days first before removal. Thank for your assistance.

    Hello,

    This is the first we are hearing of this incident. Customer never reached out to us regarding issues with our work. If there was an issue, customer should be reaching out directly to get it resolved as we did not get an opportunity to review the work completed and the cause for concern. We will be reaching out to the customer to resolve their concerns.

    I had Kooline Plumbing to install two new matching faucets in my master bathroom in Nov of 2022. Within two months on the installation, the hot side faucet began to leak. I contacted Kooline and immediately and they sent out an older tech with the original younger tech in early 2023. Per the older tech, the water line didn't fit properly and he would be back to fix it. He came back and could not fix it. He then said he would have to take a part and work on it to manipulate it to fit. I didn't hear back and was getting no responses. Finally, I got a response ( I have text/messenger and voicemails) and was told that it was out of warranty. I then sent text/phone logs to show that I have been trying to get them to fix their error. I was then told the person who took the parts from my bathroom was no longer working for the company and they would send a new tech out. The new tech said he didn't understand why the original tech told me that, and why the parts were taken, but he would try to order the part that was missing to get it to fit, all of this over a span of 1 year 4 months that I am sharing my side of the sink with my spouse, since his side has been out all this time. In my messages with the gentlemen that I sent a log to, he accepted that to be still under warranty but said I would need two new faucets and they would install for a charge. I let him know that if I am going to have to buy two new ones, AND have to pay a new install fee, I would go with another company. In speaking with *******, she said they would get this taken care of, I have the voice mail. Today, a year and 5+ months later, they installed my two new faucets that I had to buy at $350. At the end of install, to my surprise, the tech blindsided me and told me that would be $450. ******************************************************* to sign. Furious and ready to be done with this company, I paid, then called the office to complain to *******, I've paid for two installs. She refunded me $50.
